Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Updates may take a short window to appear after the label is created. If you haven’t received tracking details within a reasonable time, contact us at Support@restsomnia.com and we’ll investigate with our logistics team.

First check with household members, neighbours, your building’s reception, or your local delivery office. If it still can’t be found, email us at Support@restsomnia.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll open an investigation with our logistics partner and work toward a resolution.

Often yes, but not always. Because the mask, earplugs, and pillowcase can ship from different points, a set may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a day or two apart. You’ll receive tracking for each. If anything still seems missing, just email us at Support@restsomnia.com.

The 30-Night Sleep Trial applies to the Somnia Sable mask when purchased on its own. Use it at home for up to 30 nights from delivery; if it is not right for you, email us at Support@restsomnia.com and we’ll arrange a refund or replacement, even if it has been used. The trial is offered once per customer. If the mask is part of a set, such as the Sleep Set or Nightfall Set, it is covered by our standard 14-day returns instead - see “How do returns work if I bought a set?” below. Somnia Mute earplugs can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support@restsomnia.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, resend, or refund - whichever makes most sense. In most approved cases, we won’t ask you to ship anything back.

Email us as quickly as possible at Support@restsomnia.com with the subject line Cancellation Request and your order number. If your order hasn’t entered fulfilment yet, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once dispatched, the request is handled under our standard returns process.

Once a refund is approved, it’s issued to your original payment method. Allow 3–5 business days after approval to appear - some banks may take slightly longer. If it hasn’t appeared after that period, check with your bank first, then contact us and we’ll confirm the status on our end.

In most approved cases, no physical return is required. We may ask you to dispose of the item responsibly or donate it locally. Where a return is necessary, we’ll provide clear instructions after reviewing your case. Please don’t send anything back without written confirmation from us first.

You can return a full set within the normal time limits for a complete refund. If you would rather keep part of it, you can return just one piece: we refund that item, and the pieces you keep move to their normal individual price (the set saving applies while the set stays together). One note: for hygiene, the Mute earplugs can only be returned unopened. Email us at Support@restsomnia.com and we’ll guide you through it.

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent. Lay flat to air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron. Ice silk retains its softness far longer with gentle care - treat it the way you’d treat fine lingerie or a quality skincare tool. Regular washing also keeps the fabric fresh and hygienic against your skin.

The Somnia mask has a fully adjustable strap that fits a wide range of head sizes. If it slips during the night, shorten the strap by one notch - it should hold securely without feeling tight. The goal is a snug, almost-forgotten fit that stays put through restless sleep. If fit issues persist, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.

Absolutely. The Somnia mask is lightweight, compact, and purpose-built for travel. The zero-pressure design is especially useful on flights where overhead lighting and cabin brightness make sleep impossible. The ice silk also regulates temperature well in dry cabin air, where standard masks tend to feel suffocating. It folds flat and fits easily in any carry-on pouch.

• After use, wash them in warm water with a little mild soap, then rinse clean.
• Let them air dry fully before storing: putting them away damp can trap moisture.
• Keep them in their case between uses, away from dust and direct heat.
• Avoid alcohol, harsh cleaners, and boiling water, which break down the soft silicone over time.
• For hygiene, refresh them every few months, or sooner if they lose their shape or seal.

• Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or hand wash in cool water.
• Use a small amount of mild, pH-neutral detergent (a silk or delicates wash is ideal). No bleach, no fabric softener.
• Lay flat or hang to dry, out of direct sunlight and heat. Never tumble dry.
• If needed, iron on the lowest silk setting, on the reverse side.
• It closes with a simple envelope fold, so there is no zip to catch: tuck the pillow in and fold the flap behind.
